Raregivers has established this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain to you how your personal information is protected, collected, and used. Personal information is information about you that is "personally identifiable", such as your name, address, phone number, and email address, that is not otherwise publicly available ("Personal Information"). Content and material on raregivers.global (the "Site") aims to uplift rare families by providing sustainable mental health services to rare caregivers. To that end, privacy is critical to ARaregivers. Using the Site, you have privacy options that range from total privacy (selected content created and/or posted/produced by you will not be viewable by anyone), to limited privacy (selected content created and/or posted/produced by you is shared, at your discretion with other registered users of the Site as you see fit), to unrestricted privacy (all content created and/or posted by you is publicly available). Public information is any information you share with a public audience or content you share on a public forum. Public information is available to anyone on or off our Services and can be seen or accessed through online search engines, APIs, and offline media, such as on TV. The privacy constraints and practices of this Privacy Policy apply to the Site and the services available under the Site.

By visiting the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Site. From time to time, Raregivers may modify this Privacy Policy and post such modifications here on this webpage. 2. INFORMATION COLLECTION & USE

To access services offered by Raregivers via the Site, you may be required to create an account, including an account name and a password, and you may be required to input certain Personal Information, including your email address, birthdate and state of residence.

In general, you can browse small areas of the home page of the Site and "opt-out" from providing us with any Personal Information. Once you agree to provide us with Personal Information, you are no longer anonymous to us. If you choose to use Raregivers services through the Site, Raregivers may require you to provide contact and identity information and other Personal Information as indicated on the forms throughout the Site. Raregivers uses this information to do internal research on Raregiversusers' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand them. Raregivers also reserves the right to share or sell the data or text in and around your profile and activity feed, but solely in aggregate (thereby making it anonymous); Personally identifiable information you share upon joining the site (like your name or contact information) is considered restricted and therefore not shared.

If you choose to post and/or distribute messages on the Site or leave feedback for other customers, Raregiverswill collect that information you provide. Raregivers retains this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.

Raregivers will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, Raregivers can (and you authorize us to) disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, username history, and fraud complaints without a subpoena.
