THE POWER OF CULTIVATING JOY

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, joy can often seem elusive. Stress, anxiety, and constant demands on our attention leave little room for genuine happiness. However, by calming our nervous system and embracing the small bits of joy available to us, we can develop the habit of finding, choosing, and nurturing joy moment by moment.
